The Symbian Smartphone Show is Coming and the Coverage is Too

(PRWEB) October 14, 2006

SymbianOne’s own Richard Bloor will be attending the Symbian Smartphone Show and will be updating our SymbianOne Flickr photoblog from the show floor using ShoZu – battery life on our much maligned Nokia N80 permitting. (Richard could be heard muttering darkly about the lack of a ShoZu client for UIQ3.)

In addition, Richard will bring you his two daily show reports, assuming he can tear himself away from the “Welcome to the smartphone life” party on the Tuesday night in time. Be prepared for a few errors grammatical and speeling mustakes in that report.

As news is released during the show the SymbianOne team members who drew the short straws will be hard at work posting all the news, so keep your eyes peeled.

Should all this not be enough to satisfy your need to know, you should check out the shows very own “official” photoblog at smartphoneshow.wordpress.com. This is being updated by the now famous team of Freddie and William (who claim this is the follow up to their “stellar turn at 3GSM.”) Currently there are a few pre-show posts on the blog. During the show Freddie and William will be photoblogging from the show floor, armed with Nokia N73s (and you’ll never guess, ShoZu.)

Then, if that is not enough, we expect the team over at AllAboutSymbian to be doing their usual excellent job of covering the show. So one way or another there is really no excuse for missing all the action!

Finally, see also this news & PR archive of press announced from 2006 Smartphoneshow – http://www.symbianone.com/content/category/1/154/108/
